ISLAMABAD: Management and employees of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) remembered their director emergency who died of Covid-19 two years ago.
Dr Manzoor Ahmad Khan was infected with the virus in Dec 2020 and remained on ventilator for around one month, dying on January 2021.
Pims’ spokesperson Dr Haider Abbasi told Dawn that the management had decided to organise Dr Manzoor Shaheed YDA Premier League in which 16 cricket teams from hospitals and medical colleges of twin cities were participating.
