ISLAMABAD: A property dealer was murdered after being subjected to severe torture and later his body was found near Chief Commissioner Complex, police said on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Qamar Riaz, a resident of G-11/2, they said, adding that he was a property business dealer, along with his siblings.
The incident came to light when some passerby spotted a sack with blood stains in the G-11/4 green belt and informed police, they said, adding that in response the police reached the spot and shifted it to the hospital for pending identification and legal procedure.
