PTI’s Babar Awan has expressed his support for party chairman Imran Khan and asserted that no one can take away the party’s vote bank.
Talking to a reporter outside the Islamabad High Court, Awan said, “I am standing with Imran Khan, millions of people are standing with him.”
He further said that no one from the government and its supporters could take away the PTI’s vote bank. On the matter of PTI leaders leaving the party, he said, “Those going back were sent on deputation. They have been told to report to the Cabinet Division.”
Asked about the number of cases against PTI Secretary General Asad Umar, Awan said the report submitted to the court states there are 11 cases against him.
